So what is it like to be the daughter of the renowned artist ? In Bangalore to promote her collection grandiosely titled ‘La Bella Mascherata’, Alpana says, “To be his daughter is a stepping stone but one has to be good in one’s work to be able to take it forward.” She readily concurs however that there are quite a few lessons she has learnt from her world – renowned artist father.
“I have learnt a sense of colour, style, modesty,” she adds.
